Cold damage to spells and lightning penetration? Hmmmmmmm why do I think a 1 handed wand/dagger can get way more damage than this.

It is the right base, but it is not shaped. And the mods are ass, so it is whatever a 6-linked, non-shaped Eclipse Staff of whatever-the-ilvl-of-this-is. ;-)
