Is voice filter MTX possible?

With how alien our characters can look wearing certain MTX sets, I would enjoy making them sound the part as well. Like the filter applied to Malachai's voice when we meet him in his monstrous form.

If the filters are applied in real time (instead of being prerecorded) we could even combine filters to sound extra freaky!
