Take Einhar out of the game until it's fixed

TWO HC chars now lost because of Einhar red beast bullshit and lagging, freezing, rubber-banding when I'm in trouble. Just had 10 DoT curses applied to me while my character was stuck in the interact bug while I'm spamming my remove curse flask to no avail. Oh silly me you have to hit L2, [Removed by Support] and maybe then you'll get unstuck.
