Map modifiers display bug?

Im not sure if this is a bug or intended, but this was a Teir2 map (im able to do T5 so far just fine) and whatever this modifier is saying, everything is killing me insanely easily. Wanted to report it in case this is a real bug cause im not sure what modifiers I have at all.
