Hierophant 3.7 : Sign of purpose increased damage mechanics

Hello exiles !

I'm currently theorycrafting a build and I would like to know if the sentence Enemies take 10% increased damage for each of your Brands attached to them present in the Sign of Purpose ascendancy means it applies 20% more damage (with the Runebinder Node) :

1) For only the brand
2) For any source of damage

I think it will be logical it applies to any source of damage but I want to be sure in case it is poorly worded.
