Please Help With My JUGG

Okay, so first time making a JUGG build. And I'm pretty sure I failed. Anyone who wants to take a look or change things for me is welcome!
I wanted to use endurance charges, Ground Slam/Vaal Ground Slam, and dual wield axes, and maybe to stun with Ground Slam. Also only thing I really put together was skill points, no gear really... Suggestions for anything is fine! Even bashing it outright..heh... ^^;
