Chat Function, Voice or Text

Will chat ever be implemented?

Having voice or text chat options would help finding trades and groups so much easier and help bring about an actual sense of community in the game.

Truly seems pointless having an online game and being in an instance with people I can't talk to without exiting game to console menu to send a message or friend request to someone who might not want to talk anyway.

It really is boring not having anyone to play with or even talk to while playing as there is no way to communicate.
