Cyclone jugg with enough damage to do t13-t14 content? It is possible?

Theory crafting alot these days, my RF jugg starts lacking damage for t11+ monoliths.

What do you think, could a tanky 6+ endurance charge jugg with cyclone work?

Maybe double nebuloch + avatar of fire/xophs and phys to fire watchers eye with EO?

Its very possible if you invest a bit.

Go to poe.ninja, click Builds, then click Juggernaut+Cyclone, and then sort downward on DPS.

I added melee physical damage so builds that use cyclone as utility are excluded.

Literally everyone there has the 200k+ DPS needed for T13s.

I would look at a life build with more than 6K life though, so you know it's somewhat balanced.
