Ability to hide more buffs

The new abilities Blood & Sand and Flesh & Stone are not hidden by "Show Aura Icons" in the options.

Same thing with banner skills.

At the moment I have 9 buffs on my screen, frenzy, end charges, blood rage, fortify etc. Basically taking up half my screen. I'm not even using buff potions yet!

Could we please update the show aura icons to include bloodsand, fleshstone and/or a way to resize the UI?
