Searching inspirations for extreme survivability and high damage build in std

So after new changes in melee i think i could finally play some melee first time since few years.
I search any inspirations or recomendations for high-end expensive build for all uber content in-game.
Gems used - any except flicker strike or similiar
Investment cost dosen't matter
2h weapon a must and probably legacy Kaom for high survivability - tankiness is primary goal.
Preferably build not relaying on using 4 flasks every few seconds to be effective.
Any tips?
