Cyclone Juggernaught...? Would this build work?

Been messing around with an idea I had today, wondered if anyone could comment on whether this would be viable or not?

Well dayum, that much should have been glaringly obvious to me! Back to the drawing board!
My 1st thought was actually; Cyclone CwC Ethereal Knives Fortify Then dual wielding Beltimber and socketing the Ring of Blades jewel But if feels like way too much AoE, and it's single target where Cyclone usually struggles (hence considering Frenzy) |
