[ANSWERED] righteous fire : chieftain or jugg

Hello,

I'm quite new at the game and looking for a tanky class for new league
I found guides about marauder righteous fire, but it seems to me that chieftain or jugg makes almost no difference ?
are there any differences ? tankiness, fun to play, dps, cost, etc.
