Need help with a mjolner build

Since cyclone is channeled skill, i'm thinking of doing a cyclone cwc blade vortex using a mjolner with arc and scale spell damage.
I'm thinking of going inquisitor. No idea if crit or non crit would be better(if crit can i meme with cospris in offhand?). Allso no idea if life or es would be better, i'm leaning more in life since es crafting got nerfed/life flasks. Allso what's the mjolner setup ? 1 arc + supports, 2 arcs +support?
Any pointers/ideas would be appreciated.
