WAY TOO MUCH SCAMMERS! Ignore button when? Trade interface improvements?

Hello.
I wasnt complaning about scammers for past 2 month of amazing console poe expierence but this guy broke the last barrier of my endurance.

This person is CLEARLY UNDER 10 y.o. cuz you cant be that dumb to offer ~15c to get 800c+.
I get the idea of scammers who was counting on new players who started the game, going through campaing and accidentally looted 1-15ex and have no idea what they got. Thats around 80% of currency related offers i got and thats kinda ok cuz after i hit 20ex+ those idiots chill a bit. Thats the basic idea of scam-to get profit out of other person unawareness. After 1 month of getting mostly offers from scammers it become very annoying. I dont really care about scammers who promoting their sites with irl money payment through your amazing trade system, fight them yourselves.

My first question is WHEN you gonna add "ignore" button to trade interface?
Im not talking about completely ruined economy of ps4 market its different topic. Its obvious that GGG dont (and will not) do anything to fix this and scammers problems. For now best solution for scammers is just to hold their offers cuz its freezing their currency and 1/10 offer slot. But atleast give a players an opportunity to defend themselves by adding a simple "ignore" button. And that "ignore" button must be not for character that made scam offer but for whole account otherwise it will not have any effect. If person tried to scam me atleast once i never want to get any offer from them even it will be the exact(or bigger) amount of currency im asking for item. I simply dont want to get in any type of contact with this person ever again. So i'd like to know the estimate date of when you gonna add this feature. Its not that hard to make but its a huge trading system change that will ease market a bit.

My second question is are you gonna improve trade interface?
I heard that most of the GGG staff was focused on upcoming league development. OK sure new league and stuff without a doubt its a huge amount of work to do. But after a week or 2 after new league launch(bugfixing and stuff) you guys should be quite less busy. Are you planning on updating/reworking trade system interface? Right now its slightly *ahem* complete garbage *ahem*. Im pretty sure not a single person will complain if you will add in upcoming patch even 10-20ish Gb amount of database with reworked trade interface. Have you ever tried to find an atleast 3+ stats jewel on console yourself? Its almost impossible. Jewels become useless. Yellow gear items a little bit less but still extremely hard to get with stats you need. Currency basicaly become useless cuz i simply cant spend it. Of course i can waste it. But i guess its not the reason why ppl grind it in PoE. Players not expecting a copy of poe.trade in console version. But make it atleast 2/3 of your own site verson. It will be enough for trading. I clearly remember post where you said that economy will be a very important part of console PoE version and you gonna work on it improvement. So i'd like also to know are you planning to make any changes to it or not?

Its very obvious that ps4 launch boost a popularity of the game in the sky among console players compare to xbox version. And its also very visible(especially in towns) that ps4 playerbase bring to GGG a quite decent amount of currency aswell. The game state for now is barely playable and you perfectly know it yourself. Does it worth to invest into launch on new platform, hit the first(and prob the biggest) wave of $ and end on this? Ppl definitely will leave if you will not improve the game. Ppl see that you working on technical side of the game, crashes/preformance etc. But its definitely not enough to held the players. Will it be worth to repeat xbox expirience?

Im sure that im not the only 1 with this point of view on the game. Will be glad to see a response. Thanks.
