maruader passive tree

Hi, can someone show me a marauder build that includes the spinning attack, with the passive tree build. Please i don't know the name of the spinning attack, i want a passive build based on it, with which gear is good for it. And help me fix my passive tree in the link below.

u probably mean the cyclone skill.

u might search in general for "cyclone builds" in this forum or on youtube etc. and find a guide that fits u.
