minion life + minion life is 1 mod (the elder mod), you can get that with alt spam.
Its Fine, but only worth as much as an Elder Bone Helm of that ilvl. and its on standard, so probably not that much. | |

It's legacy ( 21% + minion damage implicit ) helm so at least a couple of ex's
