+2 bow gems 28% ele pen bow... but not craftable yet. is it even worth sth?

i could not find any bow with these mods offline or in any other league.
the base had more deeps than thicket for me, its an i78 shaped one to limit the pool of trash mods.
so either its trash and thats why nobody sells it, or its super rare...
halp!
