Divine Ire/RF LL Inquisitor || 340k+ tooltip on 5 Link || 60% max ES recovery/sec || Status Immune
This is currently a work in progress but mostly finished. This is definitely not a budget build. You could make this with solaris lorica and eye of chayula but I don't recommend it. In order to have a decent amount of ES and recovery, you need about 10ex. I currently have 6.2k ES and get around 60% ES recovery/sec from Zealot's Oath, Leech, and Consecrated Ground with a shaped belt and a increased es recovery while affected by discipline watchers eye. This build can sustain RF unless unless you have Blood Rage active too. But the ~30% leech and status immunity should keep you alive. Required Items:
Spoiler
You can also use Eye of Chayula or just stack chance to avoid stuns on the passive tree. You can get 100% immune to stuns while channeling and use a rare amulet but I tried this and you get chain stunned while moving if you aren't careful. My Current Gear:
Spoiler
I've spent about 11ex so far. Right now I'm trying to 6 link a shavs and find a shaped crystal belt to craft. If you have better resist on your gear I would recommend getting Sin Trek. The assassin's mark ring isn't required but it does provide a little bit more damage against bosses and also allows us to easily generate power charges while mapping instead of spamming orb of storms. Leveling Tree:

Lvl 62: http://poeurl.com/cj7L Lvl 92: http://poeurl.com/cj7O Kill All Bandits Sanctuary->Pious Path->Righteous Providence You could take Righteous Providence first but Pious Path gives you so much utility while leveling that you're basically invincible, and getting damage isn't really an issue with this build. For pantheon I'm using Araakali and Tukohama. Be sure to upgrade both for the ES regen. LL Tree:
Spoiler
http://poeurl.com/cj7H https://pastebin.com/iXbsJu3x <-This one has items equipped. I switched to low life at level 88. Can definitely do it earlier if you have better gear than I do or swap damage for ES on the passive tree. Max Damage:
Spoiler
Max Damage with RF + Vaal RF:
Spoiler
The maximum damage with a fully charged beam should be about 1,088,739. This is using a 5 link and lvl 21 Divine Ire. RF isn't fully leveled and not all gems have quality so it can go a lot higher. I also swapped my Basalt flask for an Atziri's promise. I'll add videos and more leveling/gearing tips over the next few days. Looks awesome!

could this be used in HC?

" I think so but you probably want to get more ES than I do to avoid getting one shot. I would also recommend not using RF so you can keep the insane regen. The only times I've died playing this is when my game crashes. |

This build somehow has 25% less dps than other Life version when it costs 5ex minimum and LL version usually have more oompf because they're most expensive.
Was kinda hyped to try it, until I compared it with others... Do you think you can make it better ? Having 750k DPS as LL compared to Life version who dish out 1-1.1M dps and are considerably cheaper is not super good. (To make it clear, I imported your profile and used the same configuration (Power charges, consecrated ground, enemy chilled, added a 6th L Hypothermia)) Last edited by Kortiah on Mar 15, 2019, 5:32:30 AM

" Can you link me a couple of those life builds? I'd like to see what setup they're using. I tried adding a 6th link concentrated effect and with RF active and using atziri's promise instead of the basalt flask PoB says I have 1mil average shaper damage. If you enable shocked in config it goes up to 1.6mil but I'm not sure how accurate this number is due to how shock effect works against bosses. Then you also get increased crit chance from the assassin's mark ring but I don't think we can get that to show in PoB. Also I've seen a lot of trickster divine ire builds but with inquisitor you get to ignore enemy resists which results in higher actual dps. Getting better jewels with double crit multi rolls would also be a huge damage boost. Fully buffed and with better gear this build should definitely have more dps than a life based one. But besides damage, the real benefit of this build is the survivability. The life based builds for divine ire have similar damage but only around 4.5-5k life like mathils (6.5k ehp with mom). I have 6.2k rn and thats with a shitty belt, boots, gloves, and shield. And I doubt they come anywhere close to the 60% regen we can get. With better gear (like this tree https://pastebin.com/iTrxMszg) you can get around 8k es and you'll regen up to 4.8k per second while leeching which is more than enough to facetank shaper's laser. Is it worth to use a Agnerod West in this setup?
| |
" It looks like using a rare dagger gives more dps. Without a good spell crit weapon, I lose about 10% crit chance. And you also lose out on a lot of ES from your shield. |

I did some adjustments to it and with 6 link + bottled faith you get 2.5 mil average hit on 20 stages.
It was mostly gem setup, lack of arcane surge on flame dash and gem quality This is what the build could be in the future once the stuff settles in: https://pastebin.com/VvdADwBL Suddenly I feel like respecing but it would feel so bad having to sell those high quality life pieces :( IGN: FifthCIShadow (HC League) Last edited by thormond on Mar 15, 2019, 11:13:20 PM
