The Aspirants Plaza Travel Waypoint Missing

My Exile from 3.4 does not have the travel waypoint for The Aspirants Plaza. I have 3 of the 4 waypoints: Hideout, Mine and Menagerie.

Can you try using that character to enter the plaza via the statue in act 3, then click on the waypoint within?

Sounds like you never activated it. Do what Zyphr says.
