I get so many different pricings on this one, ranging from 7 to 110 exalts.
Could someone please help me figure this out?

Regaining mana - good for rf users with mom - useless everywhere else
faster start - sucks for rf users , is not really a good stat but a good noob trap.

regen with clarity - its a nice to have and works with the first line well, but there are many better mods.
