I have problems estimating prices of Watchers Eyes... Anyone got thoughts on this one?

really crappy sadly
spell block got butchered to non use except by gladiator and regaining some mana sometimes on use is soo situational - even when it works it isnt worth using. | |

Hm,
doesnt 7% chance to block spell damage mean that I effectively take around 7% less damage from spells (in average)? And wouldnt that be quite useful? (Have another 10% from the tree). Or am I misunderstanding anything about that? |
