Blood Magic Arc Totems still a thing?

I can't seem to find or see anyone else running this old build with Blood Magic Arc Totems.

Does anyone run anything like this?

I used to run Dual Incinerate Totems, but I recently came back from a 2 year break. People were saying Arc Totems are really nice currently. I switched to Arc and using Soul Mantle for 3 Totems. Is 3 a waste?

I'm mapping pretty high for a cheap player with no resistances.

Any discussion of this would be great.

Cap your resists!!

Hmm ... interesting. I might have to switch it up. Forgot to mention I was using Iron Will on top of the Totems.

So I will be looking for another armor, using a bow, switching off Iron Will.
