decent but not amazing.
it has all the right stats that you would want, but not at the tiers you really care to spend alot for. it should sell for 3 ex to someone who refuses to use wands so that they can whirl around the map. craft some spell crit onto it if you can or a spell damage/chaos mod while it still exist in betrayal. crit will raise its value by 1ex spell power - chaos t4 mod will raise it by 2-3 (going semi-legacy) |
