Need help w/ an MS build

Hey guys, so, I've played a bit with an Occultist Howa MS build as well as a Grelwood, Kaoms, etc kinda build. Neither seem to have the "oomf" from the two builds I was doing. In short, I was wondering how the Nebuloch Jugg built felt/played, I've read a few guides, watched a few videos, but I'd really like insight from someone who's played both Grelwood and Nebuloch. I'd also like to know if there is a good way to play HoWA Occultist, what the best gem setups were, that maybe you guys have experienced. I've played around with it so much and it's getting kinda tedious for sure.
