Blood Guard Lightning Warp visual bug or blatantly a visual change

Days ago I bought the Blood Guard Lightning Warp MTX effect since is (was) the best of them all, but today I noticed something odd, the visual effect of the skull showing up is like a poorly mess of light that intent to look like a skull.

Notice when the skill is used, the visual effect IS NOTHING LIKE THE FIRST VIDEO, I got the same visual when I used mine.



Obviously I wrote a email to support asking if this was a bug or was intended (really, a downgrade?)they apologise in advance about my disappointment (I told them that I was rethinking any future purchase due to fear to get something different than promoted in the future)and offered me a refund just in this case(dunno if I will take it, I want the MTX like was promoted in the first place).



I found another video and by the look of it the change was at some point during Delve League:

You can see the Visual of the Blood Guard LW looks the same as in the promotional video.



I hope this is just a bug and not a blatantly intend of downgrade from GGG part :(
