Looking for max HP regen build

Hello guys, there was a topic lately where one guy published his screenshot with 9k HP and 19k life regen/sec. I couldn't find it and can't find any up-to-date builds with such high natural (not leech) HP regen. Can someone please guide me to a build or at least the right ascendancy and requiered uniques to build up this life regen?
