Price Check - Standard Stygian

I was checking to see if this belt were actually were anything if I were to part with it, and looking over at the trade sites, I see a wider (and higer) price range than I was expecting.

There is a similar belt that has less life, a single resist (T1 value), that is 6 Ex.

The other 2 belts that I've found that tick the

Life, Cold, Ele, and Crafted Ele, at similar levels (90+ HP, 40% Total Res over two Res, and similar values for the increased Ele) are at 18, and 19 Ex.

Is that right? I mean, I get it, it's standard, but I just never thought that it would be worth that type of Orb.
