Watcher's eye --> life recovery, mana regen, reduced crit

Today I killed Uber Elder for the first time since I start playing this game years ago !
I'm so satisfied :D

Especially seeing what it dropped me :


But now I wonder how valuable it is ... I saw that Vitality's life recovery rate was one of the most requested...

So maybe 5 Exalts ?
