PC- Elder Coral ring 135+ HP with Open Suffix

I got lucky using a few chaos orbs on a Elder Coral ring base and got this bad boy (sorry not in-game so can't link, can see on my assassin though):

I can Divine it up abit more to reach over 140 HP from this.
If it is worth enough I am thinking of selling it, but I have absolutely no idea what it would be worth..

There is not a single elder 135+ hp ring on trade, and the value of an open suffix is also pretty high as far as i'm aware.

I hope someone can give me an estimate.
