Minor UI bug when viewing crafted mod tier

This is a ring I crafted the mod on a while back. I put it in the crafting bench to check something and noticed that when holding alt it was showing the wrong tier for the actual roll/mod.

I've never noticed this otherwise, I don't know what particular circumstances led to this.
