i got this Sceptre in a Temple and was just wondering what happens if i Regal Annul it and it became like this.

So its my first time crafting a Spellcaster Sceptre. Is it worth the multicraft? and if so what mods to choose.

Can you craft the mod with spell damage and non elemental as chaos on it ? that would be interesting!

To know if it is worth crafting it's up to you to know, tacatl is the equivalent of the t1 RUNIC préfix.

Any %elemental damage suffix would make it a 150% elemental spell damage,
Then cast speed+arcane surge on kill or crit multiplier would be a good option.
