Oni-goroshi Tectonic slam Help

I'm mapping fine but as soon as I tried to do guardians or shaper I basically deal no damage to them, can anybody help me figure how why

Your playing an AOE build and looking to push single target, best bet is have Concentrated Effect Support gem or look to swap into molten strike for single target that fits the fire theme still so does not require a big item change.
