Can this actually become "mirror" tier?

So i recently made this beast.
I know its a pretty strong belt as is BUT , If i annuled that cold res OR that stun duration and i craft aspect of the spider on it, Would it be considered a mirror worthy item? it looks sick to me but though i'd ask.
(Need to divine it to 20% Recovery as well)

The culprit :

It's super good but it's also super easy to craft equivalent or even better belts currently due to fossils

Look at this one: you would definitely want the body armour ES mod and probably strength as well before it would be mirrored by anyone (and honestly, people probably mirror more build defining items in leagues like crazy weapons)
