[BSC Price check] Rare Shield: Double Dodge, Attack damage increase

Hi there, i saw that people rarely answers those post but trying anyway.

-I've never played anything using shield
-Didn't find something really similar on poe trade
-Didn't find an answer i can understand when looking on internet.

Stats seems interesting to me but i have no knowledge about shields.

That's why i'm looking for help about this shield.
