What's the value on something like this ring

Can't find anything with Herald of thunder EDWA and open prefix to relate to and since it has no resists/accuracy etc i have little to go on. Closest thing is another one with 30% lightning, 5% attack speed and 11.5 cold to attacks for 100 chaos. Appreciate any insight as i'm only learning about shaped items.

lvl 22 herald which you can't link with enlighten or couple it with different gems to use it as backbone of an autobomber build.
few lightning damage
shitty cold damage
and wed which is low tier

no ES

best way to know worth of items is knowing builds, that's what determines an item's worth. and your ring has no cohesion in terms of bringing proper value to a proper build.(for any build actually)
