shaper amulets can provide 20% + 20% phys added as X, that's what BV builds really want.
it's really good idea to use indigon with BV so any increased damage is sorta useless for BV builds. however, the 38% 38% cc and cd rolls are really sweet and thats what makes this amulet pricey. 100ex though? i don't know, gl.
