Is this helm worth anything?

Found this helm, while leveling, and was using it on a Character I'm leveling that finished up Lab, and decided I'd just drop an enchant on it to see if I could get lucky and hit the Molten Strike enchant.

I didn't, but I hit this.

The only helm that I've found that is comparable (non elder / shaper, rare, 90-100 Life) with this enchant is up for 15 Ex.

I don't think that this is a 15 Ex helm, but I think that it's not absolutely terrible, and may be worth trying to trade? Or am I just wrong on that? I know most Agony Crawler Builds that I've seen 6L the Agony Crawler, but I wasn't sure if anyone else would care about the +1 Minions, or the Chaos Resist.
