Tips for my "custom" build please

I have been using Path of Building to do a build for myself. Using Duelist with main skill(s) of Cleave/Blade Vortex and bleed/dual weapons. Here is the link to view it, any tips as of passives to change would be greatly appreciated. Have two weapons in mind which show in the link but rest of gear plus jewels tips would help as well.
