CoC Cyclone Help me

Anyone has a build for that i now its vague asking but im looking for a CoC Cyclone build That will leach on hit and cast shit tons of hit effect spells

I been thinking about a dual wield mjolner using Arc.
Can you trigger multiple Arcs or would they all share the same cooldown... as in arc in each mjolner and coc arc with the cyclone setup? |
