Help upgrading gear, low dps

Wassup guys, just started the game a few days ago and was following this guid https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2187472 as close as i can, with my budget i managed to buy these items my ice crash dps is on 60k... I feel like it should be higher but aside from a loreweave and a offhand i dont know exactly how to upgrade my gear... Thanks in advance for helping a brother noob out!
