Legacy Cospri's Will what's the difference ?

I bought by mistake Legacy version armor Cospri's Will.
And it have 5L so was some expansive (I payed 15 chaos lol).
I dont know about existing legacy from old patches because I new player.

So this armor have different describtion with about poison:
"Poison Cursed Enemies on Hit"

New one have:
"60% chance to Poison on Hit against Cursed Enemies"

So how it works ?
Old one have what % chance to poison ??? 100% if not wrote how many or less than 60% like in new one ?
I was scammed or I lucky ?

Help me I need know to make my build good not for trading.
I need sell this because its bad armor or what now ?

If it just says "poisoned cursed enemies on hit" its 100% chance to poison so yes its better than the new version
