Flare UI Button has wrong tooltip

The tooltip says the Flare will be dropped at your feet however if you click it with the mouse button the Flare will be placed underneath the button and if you press 6 the Flare will be placed where the Courser currently is.
I propose fixing the Tooltip to be correct and also disabling the ability to click the button/s with the mouse (I don't recall if the Dynamite tooltip is similarly incorrect).
