Summoned Phantasms are unbalanced

Since 3.4 Soulwrest introduced this minion type on arena.
The damage feels a bit too high. The minions keep dealing damage after summoner death. It's possible to simultaneously summon 15 minions per one cast. They all attack at the same frame.
