3.4 The Roger Waters SSF build (Dualist Champion, work in progress)

I decided to try the Delve league, and figured I might as well go SSF. So I need a build with no special item requirement, and which is a little extra tanky but still decent DPS. Stun immunity is also something I like (I have bad experience with stuns in this game).

I want a dual wield build, and will probably end up using reave (and possible blade flurry for single target), but I am open for suggestions.

I also don't want to limit myself to a specific weapon type. If I find a kick-ass axe I want to be able to use it. So no "sword damage", "claw dagage" etc, only 1-hand melee damage and dual wield damage.

And about the name of this build: I watched him recently, so the name is in honor of one of the great in music history (according to me).
