[Minor] [Audio] 'Shavronne's Manifesto' lore object has minor issues with the voice recording.
 The audio on this recording is slightly lower quality than the rest of the game, with audio artifacts, some static on the highs, and you can distinctively hear the mic cut out at the end of the narration. Last bumped on Sep 4, 2018, 6:02:49 PM
