Why The Coming Calamity and Hatred? The 45% maximum reservation isn't really that impressive to be honest if you don't utilize those extra 55% in a meaningful way. The +2 herald gem level might be really good.
Yes the Hatred does kind of work with the herald since it does phys dmg but I still think your main dmg source will be chaos. Try to find another chest to be honest and just drop hatred. Also work in withering touch so monsters take an extra 90% chaos dmg taken :D? Just my thoughts. Your idea might be better. Who knows? We shall see in a few days :) |

" The reason for using Coming Calamity is 6 links Herald of Agony. Without Calamity this will be cost much much more then 100% mana reserve and Calamity gives you permanent % of reservation. Withering touch - yes, thanks, didnt noticed this skill, may be i should swap GMP - Withering touch support for bosses. | |

Will vicious projectiles work with crawler? The crawler tags are Spell Herald and Minion, no mention of attack or projectile. Also, unless you fill your passive tree out with chance to poison nodes, you only have the 20% from HoA, which means you wont be keeping stacks of virulence up.

Any update on this? I had plans on making a TS Ranger of some sort and love the thought of using the new herald since I usually use a Kaoms and strictly use TS Only. I'd def use a 6L for this Herald if it works out.
