Rigwalds Revenge 3.0 - can we pls get this Dude fixed? (Help needed)

Nearly every "after League Gap" I came up with the Idea of having a Duelist using the two Rigwald 1Handed weapons:


Lacerate seems the Skill of choice and Bleeding explosions are fun :D

But I fail every time. This time I have a good and nice clear speed guy up to T16 Maps. But Bosses? Oh Boy.

Well, I will update again after getting the new Herald Skill. Looking good for this build. Also I have to rework the skill tree. Bit messed uped yet ...
