Power Siphon mtx

The power siphon re-work is awesome, I'd love to see the old skill art come back as an mtx though. Always thought of it as un-leveling mods, super cool.

I'd love to see old effects in either way, back or as a MTX, or at least something more subtle than existing ones. I'm using Frenzy in my build and it went from "I love my build" to "I can't stand looking at it". The one with Power Siphon I abandoned. Old Power Siphon's effect was so satisfying... new one doesn't have it.
