Starter setup:

Notes:

In the beginning you have to use a Bismuth flask with additional resistances during flask effect in order to cap your resistances.

The Ascetic:
IIQ bonus: You my use a blue (magic) quiver
Both (IIR + IIQ) bonuses: You may use a blue (magic) helmet and a white (normal) quiver (can be corrupted! +1 Arrow / Chain / ...).

Note: You don't need any leech as long as you are using Thief's Torment ring. Skill leech nodes at the bottom if you are using any other rings.

2L: Blink Arrow + Faster Attacks

Shrapnel Shot till lvl 12 (Merveil kill reward), then Rain of Arrows

I will start leveling my TS setup / gems in Act 9 Blood Aqueduct. There I will farm Humility cards for Tabula too... (farm 4-5, buy the remaining ones; you may do the chaos recipe a few times... just to be able to buy the remaining cards).

Have you tried lightning arrow with the build, the enchant would be much cheaper.

Yes it's fine too... but you may have to use Barrage vs. Boss / single targets...
