Price Check Incursion Amulet: Pen, Multi, (low) Quant

85+ Shaper Agate amulet base is about 5 ex afaik. Are these rolls worth any more than that?

Obviously with 8+ quant it would be insane, but with a lower quant roll, I cannot quite figure out, if anybody would even bother paying extra for it. What do you think?
